At Black Oak LED, we stand behind the durability and performance of our lighting solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused LED units and all original mounting hardware in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
